Cincinnati Dreams Come True serves children under the age of 18 who live within a 100 mile radius of Cincinnati, or who are regular patients of Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

Making a child's dream come true costs on average $2,000. To facilitate our work, we accept support from a variety of private and corporate sources. Generous donations of money, goods, and services-such as printing, postage and paper-have allowed us to do our work with almost no non-wish related expenses. No board member or person helping fulfill dreams is compensated in any way-except with the invaluable wealth that stems from helping others.
