A dream come true begins with a letter written to our organization. The letters come from many sources– physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals, social workers, the child’s parents or family members, sometimes even the child. Then we embark upon our dream process– a series of steps and legal requirements followed for every child– to ensure that each child receives individualized attention.

First, we follow-up on the letter by contacting the child’s family and physicians to learn more about the child and his or her medical needs and challenges. Then we meet with the child and the magic begins.

We talk, and laugh, and dream about things, people, places and adventures. We discover the special dream held in the child’s heart.

Next we pick up the phone or hop in the car doing whatever it takes to change the child’s dream into reality. Finally, the magic is set free when we fulfill a child’s heart’s desire with a dream come true.
